Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.  Prices do not include a 13.75% occupancy tax.  Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am.   Please, no pets or smoking.  Bed and bath linens are included.  Maid service before arrival and after departure is included.  Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.  Weekday Nightly rentals with a minimum 3 nights is $500/night excluding Summer (June 12 - August 14).
